In a successful global organisation, the way you do business needs to represent the values of your company, wherever you happen to operate. We created a set of employee values based on four key pillars of behaviour that would be used as a guide for all employees.


This new framework was developed into an integrity guide titled 'how we work' and supported by an employee engagement programme intended to embed the notion that ‘every employee plays a part based on their everyday choices’. A series of messages and workplace-focused collateral were designed to build a new sense of ownership encapsulated in “Being Nexen".
