A poor Health & Safety performance rating became a threat to the University's ability to operate efficiently,  to compete for staff and students and to achieve its vision to become a global Top 50 University.


Our goal was to overcome fundamental barriers to improvement and transition audiences from limited accountability to full responsibility, through a four-stage fully integrated campaign. Our core idea expressed the belief that true operational efficiency starts with a behaviour change.
